What are the baggage allowance rules?

Checked Baggage Allowance

Passengers are allowed to check in a specific number of bags based on their ticket class. The allowance is as follows:

• Economy Class: 1 bag weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• Premium Economy Class: 2 bags, each weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• Business Class: 2 bags, each weighing up to 32 kg (70 lbs).
• First Class: 3 bags, each weighing up to 32 kg (70 lbs).

Carry-On Baggage Allowance

In addition to checked baggage, all passengers are entitled to bring carry-on luggage on board. The guidelines for carry-on baggage are:

• 1 main carry-on bag not exceeding 8 kg (17 lbs) and dimensions of 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm (22 in x 16 in x 8 in).
• 1 personal item, such as a purse, laptop bag, or backpack, not exceeding 40 cm x 30 cm x 10 cm (16 in x 12 in x 4 in).

Excess Baggage Fees

If your baggage exceeds the allowed weight or number of pieces, excess baggage fees will apply. The fees are as follows:

• Economy Class: $50 for each additional bag or $100 for overweight bags.
• Premium Economy, Business, and First Class: $75 for each additional bag or $150 for overweight bags.
